I have a tutorial technical channel, but my number of viewers are not increasing. I know my videos are very good but not reaching to viewers. What should I do?
Brian you give massive value! Not for me though;-)! Why? I posted my first surprisingly hugely popular video a few years ago (5M views! now), I thought everything through for the viewers (not rankings) and had basic SEO background, the only thing that was accidental was the long length (11min) and I kind of regretted that till now! What I want to say is that watching now your brilliant videos I see that I ticked almost all of the boxes! And in my mind the popularity of the first video makes sense now! (I even have a copy cat which copied the style, the music and the thumbnail!)

Steal top competitors keywords, say the title in your video, create a thumbnail with a face, increase time of video, keep viewers engaged with pattern interrupts. Good advice. Thanks!
Man, thanks. I really need all the tips. hahahaha. Sometimes I get frustrated editing on a 3-minute video for several hours and just get a couple of views. LOL
